Our firm is a broker for First and Second Class Power Engineers in Canada who have expertise in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper, Power Generation and Utilities areas.

As Power Engineers we have formulated a way of doing business based on safety first, environment second, production third. Some organizations like to rank these equally, but progressive organizations realize that if safety practices are put first, then employees work and produce better. If the environmental values are placed above production, then in the long run this is what is best for the company. If a Power Engineer does not understand that production is important then he/she will soon be out of work. Power Engineers are governmentally mandated but good Power Engineers are there not just to meet the mandate, they continually evolve, and are invaluable to their employers.

We Offer:

Temporary Contract Work
Lakelse Consulting has an extensive database of experienced First and Second Class Power Engineers to draw from to fill any temporary position for relief work for vacancies due to medical and vacation leaves as well as contract coverage during recruitment periods.

Full Time Positions
Lakelse Consulting also has a database of experienced First to Fourth Class Power Engineers who wish to change jobs or locations.

Recruitment Strategy
Our recruitment strategy is to find your company the right candidate in the least amount of time. As we provide both short term contract and recruitment services we can give our clients some time to find the “right” candidate.
